My writing career began at Australian Geographic, reporting on nature, science, and the environment.

I later joined the editorial team at Gourmet Traveller, where I produced food and travel features, managed regular columns, and worked closely with chefs, photographers, and stylists to bring each story to life.

Since then, my byline has appeared in Esquire, Courier, Australian Traveller, International Traveller, and The Sunday Paper, with work that spotlights culture, community, and craft.
